Over the course of our long history in Manitoba, Ken’s Crane Service and our hauling division of Sherbrook Motors, has maintained a family-oriented and safety-focused work environment. With more than 29 years of experience working in the crane service field, Clair has a history of providing quality work within the industry. Initially, Clair served as a dispatcher at R. Litz & Sons for five years. But he soon worked his way up to become a manager at Ken’s Crane Service and has been managing with us since 1990. At the time, Clair held a partial ownership with Linda, but at the start of 2018, both Clair and his family took over the controlling interest in the company. As a result, Clair is very excited to experience new opportunities within his career path.
Sheldon Bychuk, Safety Officer/Maintenance Manager
An expert in the maintenance field, Sheldon has worked within the same field for over two decades. Throughout this time, he has been a shop manager for several years at his previous place of employment, gone through all the necessary COR™ safety training, and is planning on heading up our COR™ program to fully complete his COR™ knowledge here at Ken’s Crane Service. To make sure he can put his knowledge to good use, Sheldon will also be in charge of the fleet of equipment. However, his thirst for knowledge has not stopped there. He has also recently enrolled into a program to become a certified crane operator so that he can gain a better understanding of the crane industry, from the mechanical details and crane operating to all the aspects of the safety measures needed in our industry.
Grant Lucier, Estimator
Grant has worked in crane service and trucking for over 40 years. He has been with the Sherbrook Motors and Ken’s Crane Service family for his entire career. Grant is working along the side of Clair as part owner.
We also have a team of 10 highly experienced field personnel who are capable of meeting the unique demands of your project.
Mackenzie Hayward, Office Manager
